First4Uniform would like to say how sorry we are that our service this year has not been up to the standard that we, or our customers, would have liked.
This is partly down to our inexperience, having taken over the business in April.
We have had many more daily orders coming in than we had forecast and we were unable to react to that increased demand as quickly as we needed to.
There are some significant changes that we have identified that will be made in order to improve this, most importantly for the next back to school period.
